Delivery

We ship with PostNord from Sweden.

  • Shipping cost depends on size and weight: 59–299 SEK.

  • We currently ship within the EU only.

  • Delivery usually within 7 business days (never later than 30 days).

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

According to EU distance selling regulations, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Returns are made at your own expense, unless the item is defective or if we have shipped the wrong product.

  • The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with the original seal/tag still attached.

  • Returns must be sent as standard mail or parcel, not cash on delivery.

  • The item must be carefully packed in its original packaging, in the same way as when it was delivered to you.

Before sending a return, please contact us via email so we can provide you with the return address.

What is the condition of the items?

Since our products are vintage and pre-loved, their condition may vary. To help you make an informed purchase, we provide a detailed description and clear photos of every item. We always highlight any signs of wear, flaws, or other relevant details, so you know exactly what to expect.

Are the item authentic?

All our items are carefully inspected, and with our expertise and experience we can confidently guarantee their authenticity. We offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee – if, against all odds, an item should ever prove to be anything other than 100% authentic, you may return it for a full refund.

This applies if you can provide verification that the item is not authentic, along with a receipt or order confirmation showing that the item was purchased from us.
